How AEOsome writes, sources, reviews and corrects its blog posts, and where its study numbers come from.
Who writes this blog. Posts on the AEOsome blog are written under the byline of Vijaya Kumar Channalli, founder of AEOsome (Tartu, Estonia). We use AI tools to assist with research, drafting and quality checks. Every post is reviewed by the author before it is published.
Where our numbers come from. Studies on this blog use AEOsome Research data: 22,335 deduplicated responses collected from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot in 2026, across 7 product categories. We collected 27,255 responses and removed 4,920 duplicate retries before analysis. A "product citation rate" is the share of responses that cite a specific, buyable product. The earlier ChatGPT analyses use a separate set of 8,520 shopping queries and 5,072 product carousels, and each post states which dataset it uses.
How we source claims. Statistics from outside AEOsome carry a named source and year in the post. We do not cite competitors' research. Where a result is exploratory, the post says so.
Updates and corrections. We revisit posts when new data or platform changes affect them. If you find an error, email [email protected] and we will correct it and note the change in the post.
